SHIPPING – DELIVERY & Return Policy

Tanni’s Fashion ships Worldwide!

Our task is to process your order quickly and ensure it safe delivery. All items will be shipped generally within 1-3 days from the receipt of payment.

All the international orders will be shipped via My Parcel International shipment provider. Domestic shipment will be provided by PostNL.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are for mainland destinations only.

For destinations outside the mainland, including islands and overseas territories, additional charges may apply, but they will not exceed the cost of shipping to the “rest of the world”.

TAXES & DUTIES

Clients from outside of the European Union, please be aware! There may be extra shipping charges; import duties or customs taxes. These costs will vary according to shipping destinations. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine possible additional costs.

Tanni’s Fashion will provide every shipment with a customs declaration and clime the content as “Used goods” but we has no control over the charges and it is your responsibility as the customer to cover these costs. We do not offer a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.

TRACK & TRACE

Once we shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation that provides your tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.

In order to provide the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package.

PLEASE NOTE!

Due to current security measures, shipping may take longer in certain areas. We are monitoring the situation closely and there have been few delays so far. We will keep you informed if the situation changes.

Tanni’s Fashion is not responsible for any delays caused by the public Holidays, Covid19 situation or destination customs clearance processes.

Exceeding the delivery does not obligate Tanni’s Fashion for compensation.
