History:
The `Les Haras Nationaux`, first published in 1989, simply vibrates with the gallop of the horses.
This particular square is named after the Haras Nationaux, a public body that regulates and manages the breeding of horses and donkeys in France. It oversees twenty-two regional horse breeding centers, the Haras, whose names can all be found around the scarf.
